Cheadle Primary School uses the ParentPay cashless system and this has enabled us to move away from all cash payments for trips, Fun Club, activities as well as dinner money, saving time and money and delivering a more efficient way of working.

ParentPay is the leading online payment provider and their system offers parents the freedom to make payments to school whenever and wherever they like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available. Parents have their own account enabling them to pay for their child’s meals, trips, etc. in advance offering a safe alternative to their child carrying cash/cheques into school. If parents have more than one child with us, they can merge their accounts to create one set of login details making payments even easier.

You will need an Activation Letter for each child to set him/her up on the system and this is available from school. If you need any guidance at all on using ParentPay, then please contact the school and we will do our very best to support you in getting set up and/or using the system. ParentPay has a very user friendly website and even though we are by no means experts, we have found that there always seems to be a solution to any queries.
